I. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT
A. Personal information you disclose to us
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you use the Website, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our Services, when you participate in activities on the Website, or otherwise when you contact us.
The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Website, the choices you make, and the Services of interest to you. 1. Personal Information Provided By You.

A. Automated Data Collection

B. Google AdWord Advertising
We use remarketing services to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our Website. This could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who have not completed a task on our site, for example using the contact form to make an inquiry. This could also mean that a personalized advertisement appears within a Google search results page based upon a previous expression of interest in our Website or other Services, or on another site in the Google Display Network. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s past visits. Any data collected will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy or Google’s privacy policy depending upon the entity that stores and uses the data.

V. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
We will only keep your personal information for as long as needed for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information. If deletion or anonymization is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
VI. HOW WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE

VIII. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS / NOTICE TO NON-US RESIDENTS
We may transfer your personal information to countries other than the one in which you reside for processing. If your personal information is transferred internationally, we ensure that adequate protections are in place to safeguard it in accordance with applicable laws.
The Website and Services are not intended for persons not resident in the U.S. Nonetheless, users outside of the United States are advised that the Website and other Services advertised on the Website are targeted for users in California, United States of America. Please be aware that if you are located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada or elsewhere outside of the United States, any information you enter on the Website will be transferred outside of the country where you are to the United States of America, which may not offer an equivalent level of protection to that required in the country where you reside. We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Website and other Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. X. California PRIVACY Rights (APPLICABLE ONLY TO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS)
A. California “Shine The Light” Rights
Subject to certain limitations under California’s Shine the Light law, California residents may contact us as described at the end of this Privacy Policy to request a list of third parties to whom we disclosed certain personal information for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes during the preceding year. The information we will provide will describe our general practices in the prior calendar year and will not be specific to you.
Your request should indicate that you are a California resident, and you must provide your full current California address, to which we will send our response. Your inquiry must specify “Shine the Light Request” in the subject line of the email or the first line of the letter, and include your California address. We are only required to respond to one such request per individual each year. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and the authenticity of the request.
B. California Right to Opt-Out
California residents have the right to opt-out of any sale of their personal information to third parties. However, we do not sell our customer’s and Website user’s personal information to third parties. Should we do so in the future, this section of our Privacy Policy will provide appropriate guidance for California residents to exercise their right to opt-out of our sale of their personal information to third parties.
C. California Right to Delete
California users have the right to request that we delete any of their personal information that we collected from them and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable user request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our (their) records, unless an exception applies; provided, however, that in some cases, strictly for regulatory compliance purposes and to better evidence/honor opt-out/unsubscribe requests (and for no other purposes), we may retain certain items of your personal information on a de-identified and aggregated basis in such a manner that the data no longer identifies you.
We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service providers to:

D. California Right to Correct

E. Exercising California Access and Deletion Rights
For California residents to exercise their access, deletion, and/or correction rights described above, please submit a verifiable user request to us by either:

Only a California resident or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that is authorized by a California resident to act on their behalf may make a verifiable California user request related to their personal information. An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf by contacting us at info@melsair.com with the subject “Proxy Request” together with detailed information about you. Please note that we will take steps to verify any such request with you, and may deny the request if it cannot be verified.
California residents may only make a verifiable user request for access twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable user request must:
• Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify that you are: (1) the California resident about whom we collected personal information; or (2) an authorized representative; and
• Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

Making a verifiable user request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable user request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.
California users may designate an authorized agent under the CCPA to act on their behalf by sending a letter to the email or postal addresses above with a signed letter that includes the name, email address, and date of birth of the user for verification, along with either the user’s signed designation of the authorized agent or a court order or similar legal document designating the authorized agent as acting for the user (for example, a power of attorney or letters testamentary).
F. Response Timing and Format
We endeavor to respond to all verifiable user requests within forty-five (45) days of the receipt thereof. If we require more time (up to ninety (90) days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the twelve (12) month period preceding the receipt of your verifiable request. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable user request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
G. Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against California residents for exercising any of their privacy rights set forth above. In particular, we will not:

We reserve the right to change, modify, or update this Privacy Policy at any time. XII. GOVERNING LAW / DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Privacy Policy, and any disputes arising out of it, will be governed by the laws of the State of California, regardless of its conflict of law principles.
